All new clients start here!

The New Client Program includes:

• 45 minute initial virtual consultation to review the information from the New Client Info Sheet, discuss areas of concern in greater detail and answer any additional questions. Together we will determine what to prioritize during our first in-person session and set realistic expectations moving forward.

• 90 minute in-person session where Andrea travels to your home to work with you and your dog and get to work on the goals laid out during the virtual session. Following this session, a summary, training plan and relevant resources are sent.

• 60 minute in-person follow up session scheduled 2-4 weeks after the first in-person session. During this session we will discuss progress, challenges, and make any necessary adjustments to the training plan.

During the New Client Program, you’ll have direct and private access to Andrea, Lead City Sniffers Trainer, via text or email to ask questions and share updates!

Available for new and expectant puppy parents from Day 1 up to 10 months. Whether you’re still waiting for puppy to be born, or they just came home, The Puppy Program is your ultimate support system.

We begin with a 90 minute virtual consultation covering how to puppy proof your home, training schedules based on puppy’s developmental milestones, and behaviors to expect. You’ll also receive the Puppy Prep Shopping List, an extensive list of tried and true training tools, toys, life saving first aid products to have on hand, and more.

Following the virtual consultation, The Puppy Program includes bi-weekly virtual 30 minute check-ins, and monthly 1 hour in-person sessions to focus on skills like leash manners, learning basic cues, and appropriate socialization.

Puppy Program members also receive credit for (3) 3 hour Skills & Socialization sessions.

NEW! All current members of The Puppy Program will also have access to the City Puppy group chat, where you can ask Andrea questions, share victories, and coordinate puppy play-dates with other Puppy Program members.

The Puppy Program is a $2500 value of 25+ hours of individualized attention, countless resources, a fellow puppy parent support group, and real-time direct access to Andrea, lead City Sniffers trainer, for questions!

After completing the New Client Program, Existing Clients are able to schedule 60 minute in-person sessions. These sessions can be used to continue focusing on goals from our first session or tackling new ones.

Multi-Session Packages are available at a discounted rate:

• 3 sessions @ $425

• 5 sessions @ $700

• 10 sessions @ $1200

Sessions are valid for 1 year from time of purchase.

60 minute Virtual Consultations via FaceTime or Zoom are available for:

• Pups outside of the in-person service area

• Emergency behavior situations, such as: sudden behavior change that is putting the dog or their human’s safety at risk, a recent traumatic incident that has severely impacted the dogs behavior, dog has caused physical harm to another animal or human

• New Clients with dogs who are extremely reactive around strangers and would not be able to accept a trainer coming into their home

30 minute telephone consultations are available for recent rescues at no cost. Please attach a copy of your rescue contract or related documents when submitting your New Client Info Sheet.
